Cirro Energy plans

Customers can choose from a variety of plans offered by Cirro Energy. The company’s fixed-rate plans come in multiple terms so that customers can choose the contract length that’s right for them. Below are two fixed-rate plans that Cirro offers. Both allow customers to lock in their rate, but require an early termination fee (ETF) — $150 for the 12-month plan and $200 for the 24-month plan.

Smart Value 12 Online

Best for customers who use between 1,000 and 2,000 kWh each month, this 12-month fixed-rate plan has a $30 bill credit for usage between this range (1,000 to 2,000 kWh). Keep in mind that if your typical usage falls below 1,000 kWh or exceeds 2,000 kWh, you’ll no longer receive the $30 bill credit.

Smart Lock 24 Online

Customers who enroll in this plan will receive a fixed rate for 24 months. This means the rate you pay will not change throughout your contract, regardless of fluctuations in the market. This plan is best suited for customers who use at least 2,000 kWh per month since the base charge is waived upon reaching this usage level. For customers using less than 2,000 kWh per month, they’ll have to pay the $9.95 base charge each billing cycle.
